binutils-msp430 software package provides Binary utilities supporting TIs MSP430 targets, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install binutils-msp430
binutils-msp430 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the binutils-msp430 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep binutils-msp430 *
You will get with binutils-msp430 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
